Job Overview & Requirements

Project based contractor position focused on leveraging organization skills, process knowledge and available technology to automate, enhance and optimize business processes, and reporting for the contract operations team. 

For this role, you will have the opportunity to…

  • Identify disparate sources of contract operations documentation, organizes as appropriate and creates a single document repository for efficient access.
  • Ensure processes and systems are efficient as possible. Enforces change management discipline and protocol, ensuring any changes are approved and documented.
  • Oversee work intake by managing and prioritizing contract requests as appropriate.
  • Liaison with internal Business Information Systems group as needed to implementation automation or other best practices using SFDC.
  • Generate daily status contracts report to leadership.
  • Work proactively and independently with minimal oversight and provides timely follow-up and status reporting.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.


Do you qualify? You must have…

  • 5+ years’ experience with process analysis, change management, documentation management and documentation.
  • Previous (SFDC) experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take direction
  • Demonstrative good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
