Position Summary

Our Partner Marketing Specialist serves as the marketing professional to lead projects that will drive the growth and expansion of our partner program, focused on new partnership opportunities. This individual will form close, mutually beneficial strategic business partnerships and joint go-to-market strategies, marketing materials and event execution that raise awareness and support sales and client adoption of new integration capabilities. He or she partners closely with Corporate Marketing, Global Alliances and Management Team, Product Marketing, Regional Sales Leaders, and Account Management to plan, develop, implement and measure partner marketing efforts.  These programs are intended to expand our current client and partner relationships, increase client and partner engagement, and retain and grow clients.


For this role, you will have the opportunity to…

  • Plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns, events and materials that drive increased partner penetration and engagement and foster increased client and prospect engagement
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics with designated partner accounts
  • Produce client success stories and client references that advocate for our partnerships
  • Manage and optimize partner marketing databases and activity/performance dashboards
  • Create and maintain various marketing materials as requested
  • Lead and execute client- and/or partner-focused communications programs
  • Develop partner and client focused messaging and communication materials
  • Support the entire partner ecosystem, including integrations, complimentary technologies, consultants, associations and education
  • Plan and execute co-marketing programs that generate targeted, qualified sales leads
  • Develop partner marketing and sales enablement materials, including sales presentations, videos, website, partner portal, training materials, and demand generation activities, such as live and virtual events, emails, social media posts.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

 Do you qualify? You must have…

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field of study
  • 8+ years of experience in partnership development, including demand generation and/or product marketing
  • Demonstrated track record of successful partner/vendor relationships and business development growth
  • SaaS and/or hospitality technology experience
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment as a team player as well as working independently and autonomously
  • Self-motivated, strong initiative and work ethic
  • An outgoing, positive, solution-oriented approach to solving problems
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
