This role will lead an award-winning team to evolve and execute the ongoing vision for IDeaS learning solutions, drive planning, development, and delivery of internal and external learning programs across the IDeaS portfolio.

For this role, you will have the opportunity to…
⦁ Develop and own a strategy to consistently deliver a world-class Client Enablement and Engagement (E2) program.
⦁ Collaborate with multiple departments through the strategic development and execution process.
⦁ Create vision and cross-departmental execution plans for ongoing client community success, support for current products, as well as future product and service launches.
⦁ Own collaboration, with Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Client Operations, to build, price, and execute learning programs and performance support.
⦁ Evaluate effectiveness of solutions through analytics, surveys, and input from key clients. Implement changes accordingly.
⦁ Oversee the development of all educational and performance support components.
⦁ Manage departmental budget and coordinate the allocation of resources for projects within and outside the department.
⦁ Foster a collaborative team environment and develop productive relationships with other departments to ensure an integrated client experience.
⦁ Plan and deliver presentations on E2 vision, roadmap, and projects.
⦁ Ensure that team receives the training and support necessary to perform their function within the organization.
⦁ Expand professional field of expertise and influence through proactive research and cultivation of relationships both inside and outside the organization.
⦁ Act as subject matter expert within IDeaS and externally with clients and professional organizations.
⦁ Perform other duties, as assigned.
Do you qualify? You must have…
⦁ Undergraduate Degree or equivalent professional experience in Instructional Design, Technical Communication, Organizational Development, Customer Success, or other related disciplines
⦁ 8+ years of experience in managing curriculum and performance support development
⦁ 7+ years of experience in a leadership role including 4+ years in a formal management role
⦁ A strong history of creating and managing the development of externally focused (client, partner, community, etc.) virtual training, software user assistance, and performance support
⦁ Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles, technical communication, and learning theory
⦁ Advanced understanding of current multi-modal learning interactions and performance support trends and technologies across mobile, virtual, hybrid and in-product.
⦁ Demonstrated experience working with global teams and building programs and products for a diverse set of international users
⦁ Strong decision-making, advocacy, and diplomacy skills
⦁ Sound knowledge of leadership principles
Preferences for this role include…
⦁ Advanced Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Technical Communication, Adult Education, or a related discipline.
⦁ Strong experience with developing learning solutions for a SaaS product
⦁ Experience building and moderating user communities
⦁ Demonstrated experience in building internal and employee education and enablement programs
⦁ Strong ability to work across delivery mediums, to include modified in-person learning and hybrid professional training approaches
⦁ Familiarity with the common technical standards for eLearning management software (SCORM, xAPI, LMS)
⦁ Familiarity with developing training solutions for a global audience
⦁ Familiarity with Agile/Kanban development practices
⦁ Familiarity with hospitality industry
