As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop, drive and execute innovative recruiting strategies that supports world-wide recruitment, with the support of local country experts! This is a hands-on role, leading a team of full-time and contract Talent Acquisition professionals.


What you’ll be doing...

  • Leading and managing the overall performance and development of Talent Acquisitions team
  • Establishing and reporting on team metrics and service level agreements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve Talent Acquisition strategies, processes, resources and tools to ensure talent acquisition performance aligns with IDeaS short and long term business strategies
  • Representing Talent Acquisition to stakeholders, parent company, and to the broader marketplace to establish talent communities
  • Providing full-cycle recruiting for high visibility requisitions
  • Required international or domestic travel, up to 10%, for various HR and recruiting events


What you’ll bring to us…

  • 8+ years of full cycle, corporate Talent Acquisition experience with an expertise in attracting digital and technology talent
  • 2+ years of experience in a formal, data driven, Talent Acquisition leadership role 
  • Advanced experience using and creating reports within the applicant tracking system and HRIS
  • Experience using and evaluating various sourcing tools, platforms, and partnerships to develop deep talent pipelines
  • Experienced communicator with ability to analyze, translate, and present information that’s accessible to various audiences
