The Senior Enterprise Success Manager will manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients with the goal of supporting the client from onboarding through technology adoption and use expansion. This position is an integral part of IDeaS’ long-term relationship with its clients, and the efforts put forth by this individual will directly impact the value realized and the ultimate success of the client’s business. Beyond direct interaction with our clients, this individual will work with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met in a timely manner.

 

What you’ll be doing... 

  • Serve as primary post-sale point of contact to develop strong client advocates at all levels of the organization (IT to user to Exec) that enable you to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Assumes a consultative role in dealing with technical and analytical issues.
  • Responsible for client communications and conflict resolution.
  • Pro-actively look for business trends, system configurations or system outputs at an enterprise level which impacts the client’s business. Collaborates with the client if one of these elements require additional focus.
  • Jointly define success with clients by understanding the business problems clients are trying to solve in order to best manage the adoption of the software and exceed client expectations.
  • Create and execute Client Success Plans that set the vision for strategic adoption and usage to align with the business needs and goals of the client.
  • Monitor client success through metrics and other measurements.
  • Develop an understanding of IDeaS products and services available to help clients adopt and leverage the software to meet their goals and business needs.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned

What you’ll bring to us… 

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Travel Management (Hospitality), Information Management or related field.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to assess current strategies, identify trends, and anticipate their impact.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work and learn independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment
