The Sr Business Systems Analyst provides consulting and implementation service including requirements gathering, analysis, solution development, knowledge transfer and project closeout; assists all internal teams with relevant activities and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Manages Salesforce projects including administration, setup, development and deployment with no supervision
  • Contributes to every phase of the project lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and supporting
  • Manages Scope & Expectation of team members and internal customers
  • Oversees or performs code reviews and makes sure development team is following prescribed standards
  • Assures proper test coverage and unit testing is performed & testing adheres to strategy & standards
  • Evaluates out-of-the-box options or design patterns that require minimal customization
  • Determines technical debt that should be remediated
  • Drives the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices
  • Identifies and pro-actively manages risk areas and commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution
  • Assist in troubleshooting and clarifying technical issues
  • May lead the implementation and design specification of ongoing projects
  • May develop Platform, Data, and Integration Architecture and Strategies
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring to us…

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience working with Salesforce.com (SFDC) including administration, setup, development and deployment with no supervision
  • Certification in Advanced Salesforce Administrator
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Familiarity with code repositories, CI/CD, JIRA and deployment tools
  • Skills in facilitation, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues
  • Problem-solving, organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Travel as business requirements dictate at management discretion.
