The Senior Associate Business Operations Specialist supports business operations to achieve strategic goals for the Product Engineering and Operations teams. They leverage domain and industry expertise to perform research, analysis, and coordination on initiatives such as cost tracking, stakeholder communication, procedure development, and planning. Additionally, they provide problem-solving and troubleshooting on company systems and processes. This position is hybrid role meaning that you will be required to be in the office 2-3 days a week in Bloomington, Minneapolis.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Manage and support the development and execution of project initiatives and programs; align scope with goals and regularly report status to stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze team and Product Engineering needs, creating continuous improvement plans and problem-solving strategies.
  • Facilitate the project life cycle to support successful delivery (e.g., resource requests, contract reviews, service agreements, invoices).
  • Investigate, recommend, and implement initiatives related to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and service delivery readiness.
  • Define and implement standards and best practices to foster collaboration across teams.
  • Provide resources such as training and knowledge sharing to enhance project delivery quality.
  • Review, analyze, and create process documentation to aid business understanding.
  • Leverage internal knowledge of IDeaS tools, systems, processes, and best practices to support operations.
  • Create and produce business reports and analyses, sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with internal clients, stakeholders, and project dependencies to foster cooperation and trust.
  • Collect and analyze data related to assigned projects and programs.
  • Independently manage responsibilities associated with project tasks or internal business processes

What you’ll bring to us…

  • 3 years expereince in technical business analysis or technical project management working in a corporate setting.
  • Experience of co-ordinating initiatives and driving projects to completion.
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Office 365.
  • Experience of translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
