Summary 

As an IDeaS Success Management Intern, you will be supporting our IDeaS Success Management team. The IDeaS Success Manager (ISM) provides clients with guidance bringing innovation and clarity to the client's experience of working with IDeaS and IDeaS solutions. With the highest quality service and support to clients at the corporate and property level, the ISM develops and maintains a strong ongoing partnership with each assigned client, ensuring strong adoption of the IDeaS solution(s). 

 

Major Responsibilities 

  • Supports the ISM team in managing a subset of Clients once the implementation phase is completed, which includes increasing Client adoption and high levels of Client satisfaction. 
  • Effectively communicates application features and product information for new releases and facilitates their adoption with clients. 
  • Proactively identifies insights, business trends, system configurations or system outputs which impact the client’s business success. Collaborate with the client if any of these elements requires additional focus. Effectively persuade clients to make changes where required to achieve optimal results. 
  • Identifies best practices for clients and syndicate across assigned client portfolio.   
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams at IDeaS to drive better results.  

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an accredited degree program in Hospitality, Business, Statistics, or related industry 
  • Strong interest in Revenue Management 
  • Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative information. 
  • Organizational skills for managing commitments and deadlines 
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
