Now we just need you!

*Must be located in Florida*

As a Product Manager at IDeaS, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our analytics software products, with a specific focus on pricing and revenue optimization solutions for the Cruise industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translate customer needs into technical requirements, and oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Cruise industry operations, pricing, revenue management, or commercial systems, combined with strong technical skills and prior experience working closely with engineering teams. This position demands a mix of product management, project leadership, communication, and technical expertise to lead development efforts related to data integration with external applications, backend service delivery, and internal service integrations.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Work closely with remote or onsite engineering teams to ensure alignment of internal, partner, and Cruise customer requirements with IDeaS’ product roadmap.

  • Partner with Cruise industry stakeholders to understand pricing, revenue management, and commercial workflows, translating those needs into scalable product capabilities.

  • Lead calls internally and externally, articulating the status of multiple concurrent projects for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Cruise clients and partners.

  • Produce detailed technical documentation explaining how services or enhancements to IDeaS’ solutions should be built, updated, or integrated, in the form of user and product requirements.

  • Manage delivery of new or enhanced services and applications supporting pricing, revenue optimization, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.

  • Support Software Development and Quality Assurance (SDQA) teams in detailed design discussions to ensure solutions meet defined functional and business requirements.

  • Groom the product roadmap, define goals and timelines, and steward work through completion for assigned initiatives.

  • Organize and manage development tickets across all levels for assigned services, taking full ownership of delivery.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Cruise pricing and revenue management for development teams working on assigned projects.

  • Analyze product challenges and iterate on innovative solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Be comfortable with database queries, API communication, and common data integration patterns to support requirements definition, design, and acceptance testing.

  • Create executive briefing materials to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products, including Cruise-specific customer pilots.

  • Identify emerging technology and business trends in the Cruise and travel industry that present opportunities or risks to the company.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrate continuous learning, adaptability, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll bring to us…

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Software Development, or a quantitative field (e.g., Operations Research, Industrial Engineering), or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Consulting, or a related function within the software or technology industry.

  • Prior experience in the Cruise industry, particularly in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, or related systems.

  • Demonstrated understanding of pricing, revenue optimization, demand forecasting, or yield management concepts, ideally within travel, hospitality, or Cruise environments.

  • 1+ years of experience working with SQL (MySQL and/or SQL Server), with the ability to write queries to support data analysis and decision-making.

  • 1+ years of experience working with API-based integrations and common security protocols for data exchange.

  • Strong data analysis skills, using data, metrics, and database structures to inform product decisions.

  • Proven ability to translate complex business and revenue requirements into technical needs and product behavior, acting as a bridge between analytics and engineering teams.

  • Ability to understand product features and underlying analytics and articulate associated customer value, particularly in pricing and revenue optimization contexts.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences, including Cruise clients and executive stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

  • Strong product management fundamentals with the ability to resolve complex problems creatively.

  • Skilled in communication, influencing, and negotiation.

  • Strong organizational skills for managing priorities, commitments, schedules, and deadlines.
