Our company, IDeaS, is proud to be a global powerhouse of innovation and excellence; challenge and reward. No matter where we’re working, our teams come together to create leading revenue management solutions that accelerate our clients’ growth through revenue optimization, within the world of hospitality. We are looking for a Client Success Intern to join and support our Client Success team, based in the United Kingdom, for an initial 6-month internship. This internship would suit someone studying Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, and who is fluent in English.
What you’ll be doing...
The Client Success Intern will work closely with the regional Success Managers, who serve as business-use experts for a range of hospitality revenue management solutions. This role involves helping the Success Managers by conducting system audits, monitoring system performance, and creating internal resources. By supporting these initiatives, the intern will play a key role in improving system engagement, strengthening client relationships, and driving growth opportunities in the region.
